Dr. Deanna Newland
Veterinarian
Dr. Deanna Newland received her doctorate at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She performed her clinical rotations at Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interest in medicine is soft tissue surgery. Dr. Newland enjoys spending time with her husband and their furry family. She has 3 rescue dogs named Lilly, Ridley, and Cora. She also has 4 rescue cats named Annabelle, Sam, Jane, and Rufus. In her spare time, Dr. Newland loves to take her dogs on long walks, going to the movies, and watching historical television shows.
Dr. Melanie Seymour
Veterinarian
Dr. Seymour attended Michigan State University for both undergraduate and Veterinary medical school; receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.
She is excited to join Hamilton Animal Hospital and work beside Dr. Newland again. Her special interests include preventative medicine, dermatology and ultrasound.
Dr. Seymour currently has a dog named Hazel and two purr-babies (cats), Grizzly and Kodi. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, running, kayaking and having fun with family and friends. She is excited this fall to get married and become Dr. Peploski
